-Shipping Policy
Candles are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow for 5 - 7 days for shipping. An email will be sent to you when items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking email, just email us at lingerscandles@gmail.com
-Refund policy
Please pay close attention to your selections and review thoroughly before checkout. Refunds offered on damaged/unused/unusable items only. Refunds are not available for used/burned products. Returns/Exchanges are offered when or if your item(s) is incorrect after checkout or on delivery. Returns/Exchanges are not available for burned/used products. Please email lingerscandles@gmail.com to request return, refunds and exchanges.
-Cancellation policy
At Lingers Candles, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, we understand that you may need to cancel your order in certain circumstances. Please review our cancellation policy below:
For a full refund, you may cancel your custom candle order within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours after purchase will be subject to a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellations made more than 48 hours after purchase, as the production process will have begun.
To cancel your order, please contact us at lingerscandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once we receive your request, we will process your cancellation and issue any applicable refunds as soon as possible.
Please note that this cancellation policy applies only to custom candle orders. For other products, please refer to our general terms and conditions.
